Privacy Policy | Umrah Codes

This policy explains what information Umrah Codes processes when you browse or submit codes. The site is an independent community project and is not affiliated with Nusuk or the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

Who operates the site?

Umrah Codes is operated by Abdulrahman Eldiehy. You do not need an account to browse or share codes, and the site does not ask for your name or email address to display them.

Information we process

When you submit a referral code, we store the code, submission time, and review status so it can be displayed and duplicates can be prevented. To reduce abuse, the server creates a keyed hash of the submitting IP address and associates it with the submission; the raw IP address is not stored in the code record. Cloudflare may process technical connection data to deliver and protect the site, and Turnstile processes security-check data.

How information is used

Codes are used to sort, search, and display the list. Your browser keeps markers for codes you tried so those codes can appear after untried ones on your device. Code identifiers you opened may be sent with a list request for this purpose. Published codes are visible to visitors, and we cannot confirm whether Nusuk accepts them.

Browser storage and external services

Your browser stores tried-code markers, your last opened code, and some list pages to make it easier to return. You can clear this data in your browser settings. Links to Nusuk or WhatsApp are subject to those services’ own policies. Cloudflare provides hosting and security services.

Advertising and cookies

If Google ads are shown on this site, Google and third-party advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to serve and measure ads, including ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. You can manage personalized advertising in Ads Settings. We will use the consent mechanism required in regions where it is required before serving ads there.

Retention, requests, and contact

Published codes and their security hashes may remain in the database while needed to operate the service and prevent abuse, or until removed through moderation. To request a code review or ask about data, contact the developer on WhatsApp. Material changes to this policy will be posted here.
