Nusuk code not working? Try these fixes
If a referral code does not work, the problem is usually how it was opened or the code itself. Try these fixes in order, then move to another code from the list.
The link opened the browser, not the app
Open the Nusuk app first and keep it in the background, then come back and tap “Open link”. If the browser still opens, copy the code and enter it manually in the app.
A message says the code is invalid
Check that the full code was entered: NG- plus 8 characters, with the exact upper and lower case. The “Copy” button avoids typing mistakes.
A message says the code was already used
You may have used this code before on your account. Move to the next code; the site marks the codes you tried with a green tick on your device.
Quick checks
- Update the Nusuk app to the latest version.
- Make sure you are signed in to the app.
- Try one code at a time and return to the site after each attempt.
- If several codes fail, restart the app and try again.
Does the site check codes?
No. Codes are shared by users and we cannot verify them inside Nusuk. That is why untried codes are listed first, so you reach a working code faster.
